About
As the founder of Grow in Grace, I guide individuals and groups in slowing down and reconnecting with themselves, nature, Mother Earth and community. My own journey - from navigating climate grief and guilt to finding healing through openness, community, and care - deeply informs my work today.
Since my awakening moment when I became an aunt, my life has been devoted to justice, impact, healing, and spiritual growth. Through exploring my empathic gifts and walking a transformative self-healing path, I’ve woven together my studies in coaching, yoga, and spirituality to offer a deeply personalized and powerful healing experience.
Journey back to myself
I grew up as a shy, deeply empathetic girl who felt most at home in nature, caring for others and moving freely. But after experiencing my first hernia at 14, life shifted. Physical pain and emotional disconnection followed, and over time I lost touch with my intuitive, grounded self. I escaped into partying, dating, drinking and performing in a system that didn’t feel like mine.
Working with a coach changed everything. Through presence and the right questions, I began reconnecting with myself and exploring a new path. Then, in 2022, another wave of challenges arrived — burnout, health issues, trauma resurfacing — and yet a quiet strength emerged. I chose to begin again: healing, learning, and building a life rooted in honesty and vulnerability.
These experiences form the heart of my work today: supporting others through transition, healing, and transformation. Helping people find stability in uncertainty, nurture their courage, and remember that even in moments of breaking down, life begins anew.
My Turning Point 🌀
For years I carried a deep, silent pain without knowing how to heal it. Becoming an aunt shifted everything. The birth of my three nieces was both a blessing and a wake-up call - a reminder of the world I hoped they would inherit: freer, safer, and filled with love.
Their arrival made me confront my own wounds and commit to healing. If I wanted a brighter future for them, I needed to start with myself - choosing self-care, compassion, and a life rooted in empathy, balance, and resilience.
I hope to embody the kind of woman I wish them to grow into: curious, compassionate, strong, and connected to others and to nature.
They are my why.
They are my bees 🐝
My Why 🐝
I often picture an ecosystem of bees working together across generations — pollinating, nurturing, caring for the Earth. That’s how I see this work: not about me, but about us.
My why is collective. It’s about joining something larger, restoring balance, building regenerative communities, and holding brave conversations. It’s for Mother Earth, for future generations, for my three nieces. For the pain we carry and the possibility ahead.
I’ve learned that tending to my own healing isn’t selfish — it’s essential. When I care for myself, I can show up honestly for the world. My struggles don’t hold me back; they guide me. They become my teachers, my motivators, my portals.
We are here to work with nature, to listen, to act with care rather than control. To let fear inform us, but not lead us.
To heal ourselves so we can hold others.
To be part of the pollination.
