The Spiral Journey Programme
I facilitate regenerative spaces for collective change, drawing on futures thinking, well-being, Art of Hosting & Harvesting, and the Work That Reconnects. My work supports community building, resilience, collective action, and well-being, with a strong focus on eco-emotions and navigating uncertainty together.
Through participatory dialogue, reflection, and embodied practices, I help groups reconnect with themselves, each other, and the wider web of life.
In the near future, I will host Spiral Programs based on The Work That Reconnects and Active Hope by Joanna Macy and Molly Brown. I am currently training in this facilitation approach, integrating active hope and regenerative pathways for personal and collective transformation.
